Yes you do. Solutions provided before SOITS was formed are viewed as solutions provided by SOITS and are therefore supported. You are entitled to Ongoing Technical Support, Website hosting and domain name registration renewals.

Although you may purchase a SOITS hosting plan preliminary investigation will be required. Your Website would have been built on your preferred hosting plan provided by another hosting provider and your Website would have been built using the technologies of that provider. SOITS hosting servers employ the Linux operating system and are managed through the cPanel management interface. If you are hosted on a Windows server employing ASP coding technology a direct migration may not be possible. However, as an existing valued client your options will be investigated and we will provide you with the best possible solutions while minimising your Website down time during the transfer.
