Server 2008 launched on 27 February - it is wise to allow this product to gain a wider customer base before employing these new technologies in your business. Microsoft Office 2003 Professional can be shared across a network out-of-the-box, Office 2007 will require the additional cost of a volume license. 2X Application Server is free to use if no more than 5 simultaneous client connections are required. Client machines must run at least XP Pro or Vista Business for domain connectivity.
