All hardware products provided in our solutions are reputable brands with established global markets. However, in the event an issue does become evident the most efficient and timely method of hardware replacement is for you to contact the manufacturer through your Support contract or seek Return Merchandise Authoristion (RMA) action through the vendor's support mechanism. RMA action usually requires that you pay the postage for the returned item and the vendor will typically pay postage for the replacement which is generally courier service to your door.

SOITS can provide initial fault finding to confirm a fault or failure and provide assistance removing the faulty device and installing the replacement if on-site vendor support has not been purchased. Dell ProSupport contracts provide 24x7 technical support and Next Business Day on-site technical support to business clients.
