Technical SupportSeveral technical support plans are available for our established clients. Whether you have purchased a business Website solution, or a client-server network, we would like to continue assisting you and your business by providing ongoing confidence in your IT infrastructure.

The reassurance that someone is there to assist if you mess up your Website can be very comforting. You may be unsure how to add a new sub-menu item to your Website, create a new Web page with a different layout, how to manage your server backups or schedule your network virus scans - having an Ongoing Technical Support Plan may ease the anxiety and allow you to focus on managing your business.

Administering and maintaining a client-server network will be challenging if you do not have experience in network administration. Although numerous online resources will allow you to develop the necessary skills and knowledge this process will take time. An Ongoing Technical Support Plan is strongly recommended.

Ongoing Technical Support Plan

Two plans are available; Home Office and Small Office. The Home Office Support Plan provides up to 2 hours of itemised technical support per month for an ongoing monthly fee of AU$90. The Small Office Support Plan provides up to 4 hours of itemised technical support per month for an ongoing monthly fee of AU$125. If additional support is requested the Casual Technical Support rate will apply.

Ongoing Technical Support Plans are only available to clients who have purchased a SOITS business Website or network solution and are payable either 6 monthly or annually

Casual Technical Support

Casual Technical Support is not ongoing and is charged at an hourly rate of AU$90.  Casual Technical Support is recommended only if you have confidence in administering and maintaining your SOITS product. If you intend only to update the content of your Website and not modify the layout or add additional features technical support may not be required.

This level of technical support is also available to clients who have not purchased a SOITS product.

SOITS offers a Client Referral Rewards service that entitles an existing client to a 25% discount on the hourly rate for their next consultation. Details are located on the Terms and Conditions page.

Website Hosting Technical Support

Support to clients on a SOITS hosting plan receive Web hosting technical support at no additional charge. Web hosting technical support excludes supporting your Website.
