Ongoing Technical Support PlanTwo plans are available; Home Office and Small Office. The Home Office Support Plan provides up to 2 hours of itemised technical support per month for an ongoing monthly fee of AU$90. The Small Office Support Plan provides up to 4 hours of itemised technical support per month for an ongoing monthly fee of AU$125. If additional support is requested the Casual Technical Support rate will apply. Casual Technical SupportCasual Technical Support is not ongoing and is charged at an hourly rate of AU$90. Casual Technical Support is recommended only if you have confidence in administering and maintaining your SOITS product. If you intend only to update the content of your Website and not modify the layout or add additional features technical support may not be required. Website Hosting Technical SupportSupport to clients on a SOITS hosting plan receive Web hosting technical support at no additional charge. Web hosting technical support excludes supporting your Website. |
